The diversity sometimes seems like it is for show. By diversity I mean not only gender and race, but also disability. By the time you get one manager to understand your work style they play "musical managers" and you have to convince a new one that you need to be treated as an individual and not a number. And the layoffs, every February like clockwork, and they are immediate and without warning. It is best to keep your resume warm while working here.

No one has heard of Dayforce and barely heard of Ceridian. The culture went extremely downhill because of the VP of Sales but she recently got fired so hoping the new leadership they hired will improve. Ridiculous turnover rate (65% AE turnover) and higher leadership turnover. Territory realignments every year makes it hard to be consistent. With the PE takeover it seems to be proper focused on KPIs rather than seeing the whole picture.
