If you are right out of College or new to the workforce Ceridian might help you get you started. The do an ok job of letting you know where you stand. If you don't know any better you will think the benefits are great.

Cons

The companies culture is one corporate invasion of privacy both internally and for their customers. They hide behind contracts with vague language to strip you of your rights and turn around and say this is how the rest of the industry is. If you stay you eventually believe it and hang your head and submit or you break free and find out that not every company is as morally bankrupt.
