Cons

It's all about cost cutting now. Most companies are struggling with that right now but with Ceridian it's pretty much the only objective (vs. investing in the business, making new products, etc.). No commitment to being a leader.

Company allowed Sales force to set totally unreasonable expectations with customers and then we, (the "real" workers) would have to magically deliver.
