Overseas outsourcing, senior management is awful, too many products. The re-organizing managment happens on a yearly basis. New executive managements comes in a promises the same thing old management, but nothing ever happens. Constantly cutting costs by cutting the staff - it's never management.

As the economy is getting worse, and the cost of living getting more expensive, Ceridian is laying off employees that are not located in their "Centers of Excellence" (a misnomer to be sure) and no longer allowing employees to work from home. Some employees are sitting in traffic for up to 4 hours per day to commute to their office. Experienced resources are leaving is mass-exodus. Ceridian's idea of work/life balance is they give you the work; it's up to you to balance it with your life. I've been working an average of 60 hour weeks for the last few years and it doesn't look like that will change much. If I don't work that many hours, I don't get my work done, then customers are unhappy and contact my manager who comes back to me and wants to know what happened.
