No one cares corporate and hr are a joke. they treat their employees like crap use you up and throw you away....

Not the worst, but definitely not the best

Pros

Offers multiple insurance plans covered by BCBS of Texas. That's about it.

Cons

No support system. Highly disorganized company. Buys old properties to try and "renovate" but renovations are inconsistent and poorly executed due to cheap contractors. Overall cheap company that prefers quantity over quality of product. No accountability. Lack of mentorship for new hires. Poor communication between senior staff members and onsite staff members.

Dayrise is a wonderful company to work for.

Pros

You are more than just an employee, this company is like a huge family. I enjoy coming to work and love working with all my fellow colleagues. Senior management is great and always willing to listen and there for us.

Cons

The only thing I would say is a con is nothing! I honestly do not have any thing negative to say. Love my company and job!
