Old properties They were always trying to sell and never could pass inspection or get a buyer... Lots of due diligence Manager was a dictator who printed out work orders for the maintenance staff every morning meeting and controlled ordering parts and scheduling vendors Staff sleeps with each other Poor pay Expect you to do every position getting paid minimum because they have high turnover rate Properties falling apart
