Pros
I've had nothing but a positive experience working for Dayton Freight. I started about 5 months back and haven't regretted anything since. I've been asked to move into a full-time role, so the opportunity for growth at this company is a plus.
Cons
The hours can be tough, especially working nights/early mornings on the dock. If you're somewhere where the winters are pretty cold, you'll be extremely cold on the dock
