M-F and weekends off, Early morning start so you have afternoons free, good pay, annual raise. Stright forward "easy" work.

Cons

No guarantee of hours. Part time, you could work 7 to 25 hrs a week, so if you need a budgetable income, you better have a second job. The company is owned and run by family but policy dictates family can not work at the same facility, even if they work completely different jobs

Easy mindless work. Pay. Employee Appreciation Week. Free ham or turkey for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Free shirts and hats every once in a while. Somewhat flexible schedule. Cost of living raises every year

Cons

Very repetitive. Can be boring. Just you, your forklift and your thoughts. Gets extremely hot or extremely cold.
