Pros

Minimal work for maximum pay, even part timers make good money. EXTREMELY flexible with schooling, I know there are more than a few of us part-timers where I work that have to leave early for school without any repercussions.

Cons

The hours, I work part time from 4 a.m. to 10 a.m. and getting up at 3 a.m. is extremely hard to get used to, working Saturday mornings and losing your Saturday nights is just awful. I would love for it to be a Sunday-Thursday job.

pay, lot of hours, overtime, Technology, equipment upkeep.

Cons

mind games, brainwashing, and total disrespect! I was told I was an honest, upstanding, hardworking family man, but not Dayton freight material! Not family friendly.
