Flexibility, Casual Environment, decent staff

Cons

Some members on staff were very rude and inappropriate. Management didn't investigate claims of harassment. Had to go to Corporate to get assistance.

Pros

Generous benefits, competitive wages, and strict adherence to company values. Driver's are respected and treated fairly. Dayton Freight Lines work environment is very user friendly and easy to navigate. Uniforms are provided and ascribed duties are often predictable. DFL is an investment opportunity for any prospective employee.

Cons

Equipment. DFL needs to make changes to its aging and ailing truck fleet.
