Pros

Great Pay Great Benefits Treats employees well. Best company I have ever worked for. No union to screw things up.

Cons

Have to start part time and work into full time most of the time. Worked for almost a year part time with no benefits and only around 35 hours a week.

Pros

The other drivers are willing to help you out if you are in a bind. Management tried hard to treat drivers with respect, i can say that they appreciate drivers for what they do.

Cons

No set routes. Even for driver who been there.

Pros

It's better than an OTR company.

Cons

Slip-seating and if there is an equipment problem, you are expected to drive anyway. Management seems to to talk the talk on safety and DOT regulations but they don't walk the walk. They don't seem to promote managers/supervisors from the dock or driver force. Time off is nearly impossible!
