Pros

The culture at DFL is incredible. It is built on a foundation of servant leadership, and easily gets buy-in from most (if not all) employees. Each center celebrates milestone anniversaries and other accomplishments, and there is an emphasis on teamwork company-wide.

Cons

The PIT service center is a bit outdated, but a brand new facility is in the works for 2025.
