Make sure you get a good starting pay level, they will tell you the raises are good. They are not, no matter how good your performance review. I never saw it in management, but was personally offended by several coworkers. There is not a great system for raising these concerns.

Managment, favoritism, un organized, will stab anyone in the back to get themselves ahead, let lazy workers be lazy and not do their job while others pick up slack, certain supervisors/managment act like they’re better then everyone and are dismissive, passive aggressive and will talk to you anyway they feel like. Micro managed by overachievers. To long to get 3 weeks vacations (7years)shifts available are pretty poor even with a decent amount of seniority. Over hired and not enough work to go around for a decent amount of overtime so it’s like our raises didn’t mean anything.
