Pros

De Well has great work ethic (values are really taken into account) and stimulation (you learn new skills and goals are attainable). Everyone works in collaboration to get the job done :)

Cons

At times there is a lot of work to do and often requires quick multitasking. However, it serves as a challenge to help with growth and skill sets (i.e., problem solving).

In the last 5 years, De Well has not only double its employee headcount, but made so much progress in building a true community of mentorship, support, and growth.

Cons

There are times when you need to wear multiple hats due to the fast growth of the company, but wearing multiple hats allows you to learn so many different things in the workplace, thus resulting in growth.

I've been with De Well since 2010. I moved from a big fortune 500 company to help build a company that I believed in. Looking back it couldn't have been a better move for me. Each day, Month and Year have been rewarding for me knowing that I'm building and contributing on a daily basis. The owners of the company had a plan 25 years ago and to know that I've been a part of the tremendous growth is phenomenal feeling to me. I can't wait to see what the future brings!

Cons

Not many here. Sometimes working with an international company there is a language barrier. However that is just a challenge not really a con.
