Great Coffee, Great Atmosphere, Great Leadership, Free Lunch on Friday's. Professional but fun environment,. I was able to learn many essential skills with tools I will use throughout my career. I enjoy working with a very happy and enthusiastic team.

Work Hours are good and some employees are nice.

Cons

All good people quite of get terminated if owner does not like them. She must always be in control of everything. I have seen several great employees leave because owner Cheng makes it difficult for them to work because of her leadership. She also makes employees cry if they make her upset. I saw her throw the receptionist time card on the floor because she did not like her. Does not pay sales employees commission on-time or not at all, and recently fired a good manager for complaining about it.
