Very interesting work and something I enjoy and am very good at. I enjoy the variety of development plans I review and job sites I inspect. Interaction with many different people, design professionals etc makes the day very enjoyable and interesting.

Cons

The length of time it may take to finalize and approve a large scale development project.

They have good family health benefits and good opportunity for people to gain job experience because they have computer classes.

Cons

Lack of management in certain departments and it give employees low motivation in doing their job. Also there is no incentive for employees to look forward to.
