A bit of good among the bad

Pros

There are good, honest, non-spiteful people there. The challenge is in finding there and having them see that you don't mean them harm.

Cons

At atmosphere rife with cronyism and nepotism--it's no wonder morale there is so poor. Definitely a stepping-stone job.

Pros

Overall the job is fairly simple and easy to do. Hard work at times but you are trained to handle all aspects of water and sewer.

Cons

Pay is horrible and they refuse to give raises. Management is disorganized and only cares about them selves. Will throw you under the bus if they have to.
