Pros

Solid, professional middle management. The chief nursing officer Heidi is a thoughtful, compassionate person. Clean facilities. Mostly friendly staff.

Cons

Overworked. Staff patient ratios consistently 6:1 with one or no aid. Several charge nurses are rude and wear it like a badge of honor.
