Management has favorites, seniority takes precedence, some shifts are understaff, full female staff ( internal drama).

Learned to survive with consistently having 6 pts sometimes up to 7 pts at a time. I had a good team that worked. Thank God for them the only way I survived that hospital

Cons

Bad nurse/patient ratios, invoked safe harbor first 6 months I was a nurse. Never really got any lunch breaks.
