Pros

All the numbers aside, I have great mentors who really care about your growth. The leaders care too, highlighting diversity in the workplace and that translates into the type of education they provide as well. Great competitive work environment.

Cons

Sometimes working from home gets lonely but it's still great that we do. Income has not been adjusted for the recent inflation yet.
