DVU is a pretty good company. Benefits 401k. My manager is great. I work permanently from home make 19.00 an hour (you can negotiate when in the hiring process) and can live anywhere in the United States. All campuses will be closed within the next 2-3 years due to Covid. Raises are every fiscal year. Fellow coworkers are super nice!

Cons

Since the job is soo minimal, Easy and boring, this is a very monotonous job meaning you are required as an SSC to make 45-50 calls everyday. Don’t worry about inbound they don’t really matter as long as you are friendly to the students. SSCs are the middle ground for students and their questions. You also process transcripts and order students transcripts and that’s it! It’s the easiest job I have ever had I really like the company. I wish we were paid more since your not working in a call center your working from home! Medical is okay I had better at Olive Garden. But this a really great job. I wish we got raises quicker! There are opportunities for growth you can become an SSA however that requires more responsibility like getting students to sign up for classes, FAFSA, financial aid related questions…I don’t want to do that so it’s up to you.
