Pros

Work from home, good benefits, paid time off & the pay.

Cons

They say it’s not a KPI based position but it is. They will not give commission because they say we should be in it for the students and not numbers but the position is solely based on numbers. This is not a warm, team friendly position. Even your team mates are in competition with you. You will work two Saturdays out of the month and sometimes even Sundays and they still won’t be satisfied with your work ethic.

Pros

Strong engineering culture with a real emphasis on learning and mentorship — good place to grow if you're early-to-mid career. Large, established engineering office (300+), so there are senior people to learn from and well-defined processes rather than chaos. Works on products at genuine scale across multiple countries, so the technical problems are real and interesting, not toy work. Modern stack and practices — Agile/Scrum, code reviews, proper CI/CD. Reasonable interview process; difficulty is fair and focused on fundamentals rather than trick questions. Decent work-life balance compared to many local startups.

Cons

Hiring process can be a bit slow and communication between rounds is sometimes inconsistent.
