      Pros

      The people here are warm and inviting. Everyone is working towards your success as well as the institution as a whole. I have never met so many people happy with their organization and co-workers. I am truly grateful the individuals at DeVry welcomed me into their family. These positions are hard to come by especially when working from home!

      Cons

      Interviewing is quite rigorous here at Devry and Keller. Oftentimes I am amazed at the educational background of some colleagues. At the very least universities should employ those with a bachelor's degree. It can be frustrating working with people who need more education to better understand what our students are experiencing.

      Pros

      The onboarding process is highly detailed, covering everything you need to know for success. It includes plenty of videos to watch and quizzes to complete, along with excellent resources to support your success. The benefits are impressive, and there are numerous opportunities to grow and develop your skills.

      Cons

      Some adjustments are still needed to streamline the workflow. The abundance of tools and software available can create confusion, and I believe simplifying certain processes could help us achieve results more efficiently.

      Everyone was very nice and welcoming.

      Cons

      The work itself - it felt terrible to try to convince someone to continue signing up for classes while they poured their heart out & told you they couldn’t afford it.
