Pros

I met a few cool colleagues

Cons

I felt overwhelmed in this position, nerve wracking trainers and managers. Hires tokens to meet quota then phases them out. Sending a million different messages and the trainers are hyper analytic and in your personal space and won’t allow you lunch paid as soon unpaid. Rules are not clearly outlined as far as REMOTE work and they are not supportive in training. Does not recognize and appreciate real talent wants you to kiss their rear 24/7 and be their slave while hiding key information from students. This is a SALES position. I’ve worked in the edu industry before you are not genuinely able to find a student a good program everything is scripted. Cannot do this in good faith. Will allow you to fall through the cracks no recourse. Inhumane, unprofessional non merciful managers , in genuine.

Pros

- Good Benefits - Decent Pay

Cons

- Bad Management - Do not care about the students or employee - Terrible support - They do not care about work life balance. They force you to work 6 days in a row sometimes. They want you go to the office on Saturday for 2 hours and 30 minutes.

Pros

At the time, it was remote. Decent pay for education. Okay benefits. Okay direct management team.

Cons

You will be overworked to say the least. It’s a heavy call center vibe. To meet the minimum requirements you’re contacting a minimum of 30 students a day. Often times the same students daily. It feels like you’re harassing them. Pay was about 25/Hr.
