      No extra commute from school to work, upper management is fantastic, you can do homework on down time, lots of free food from events,

      started hiring less workers, took away the 25 cent raise available every 6 months,

      Great opportunity to help other students who are having trouble in their classwork Job is flexible - can change hours as needed Federal-Work Study (FWS) program pays a decent wage

      Tutoring work tends to get very slow at times - need to keep busy doing other tasks, such as homework

      Pros

      Great education and awesome success stories come out of this place. It really helps to have tuition benefits and more. I love what the school does for it's students. Great teamwork, hard working people, and the students here, make my job a better place to be.

      Cons

      It's hard to make a true career here, since there is not a lot of upward mobility. If you are customer facing, your work environment and schedule are a little more like retail environments. If you want a true office or corporate career this could be it, IF you ever get to management or corporate.
