      Generally good group of employees- all levels. DeVry has ample job postings which affords opportunities within your field or outside.

      Cons

      lack of loyalty or transparency within the organization. Strategic initiatives (lack of) and senior leadership questionable as enrollments continue to decline. Appears no clear vision or direction in place.

      Pros

      I enjoyed my time working for DeVry, and my direct manager and department were fantastic. After enrollments began to drop, even my fantastic manager began to crack under pressure. -Great benefits including an education -Well respected university in some metros -Decent pay

      Cons

      -Terrible communication between departments -When the company began to struggle, they were quick to let go of the main workforce, but not as quick to look at senior management. -Tendency towards micromanagement instead of leading by inspiring -Low employee moral
