Pros
Great work culture in that staff and faculty define what it means to work as a team.
Cons
School has a poor perception promblem in most cities. Quality of students are of a poor caliber which has effected the outcome of students getting hired. School has a tendency to offer too many training classes and too many meetings during the course of one's work week. Degree Programs that are being offered should be eliminated from course schedule in some areas if an industry in that area is not strong.
