      The "coaching" is very subjective... One manager may love your performance and the next may hate it.

      Pros

      Solid Company, Great programs to offer students, Awesome people to work with, very professional setting

      Cons

      The new way of evaluating one's performance is horrific. Every phone call is recorded and you have to listen to it as they "rate" your ability to basically psychoanalyze a prospective student. If you work for the High School admissions department you have to work until 8 every night, off every Friday, and work EVERY Saturday until 4pm. That equals NO work/life balance. The assistant directors are afraid to stand up for their employees.It's an egotistical game between managers and upper management.

      Pros

      Commitment to provide quality education. Good technical platform and support. Conservative financial management. Growth through acquiring/offering new types of academic career fields thus attracting new students. Solid brand image in marketplace.

      Cons

      Costant managerial turnover. Very bureaucratic. Poor communication. Lack of promotional opportunities. Lack of transparency. Lower than average salaries compared to competitors. Very siloed. Employee morale is low.
