      Flexible work schedules around your classes. Work on campus and make friends. Work with students, faculty and staff. Learn useful career skills.

      Cons

      Opportunity is only available to current students. You will be on campus all the time between your work and class schedules.

      Excellent Benefits and a great place to have a first job.

      Horrible communication between departments Favortism among managers Horrible Human Resources Director and Staff- they did not even know how to conduct a proper write up and in addition fired many key personal because they had claims that involved research in which they not qualified to do. Placement of leaders into positions that they are not qualified for but are friends with the hiring manager. Recognition programs are for internal group members only- if you are "in" then you are fine but for the other 99% it is intolerable. Inability to recognize talent among leadership. Status Quo is the norm and if you try to go above and beyond you run the risk of being fired. If you have ideas for growth an improvement, keep them to yourself because they will stolen from you and/or you will be fired. Lack of customer service to clients- consistent lies to their clients.
