      Pros

      Very stable company, good people to work with, some good managers, good benefits, great tuition benefits, and yearly performance reviews.

      Cons

      Pay is below average, don't expect huge raises, no performance bonuses (unless you're in Admissions), sometimes you get some bad managers, and room for career growth is limited.

      Pros

      DeVry has a lot of friendly people to work with in a very nice looking and open environment. They also pay really well and have some pretty good benefits such as free schooling for full-time employees. They are also very open to hiring talented individuals into other departments if the individual is interested.

      Cons

      A downside is that some employees have to work 50+ hours a week or have to be on call for issues that occur and those things affect the home life of the employee.
