      Good School, Good Benefits

      Pros

      Besides 401k matching you also get the benefit of almost free education. I was able to complete an MBA. Benefit is also for family members. Good company and thoughtful senior management.

      Cons

      Communiion from direct managers could be better. Touugh economy has made it difficult, cuts have had to be made and that always makes it challenging.

      Pros

      There is tuition assistance for staff. There are also locations nationwide for those who may want to relocate and try new opportunities.

      Cons

      There is little room for advancement within any one specific location. Claim of promoting from within, but many from outside hired. Marketing is way off the mark. Not much employee engagement.
