Pros

It provides its employees good pay, good advancement opportunities and above all it cares about it's employees.

Cons

The starting pay is great, but getting a respectable raise is difficult. You're expected to meet certain performance goals that are at best hard to attain great scores in.

Pros

Free tuition for classes Lots of independence in your position.

Cons

Unfortunately, DeVry is not a very good school academically so that free tuition program is useless. There is little to no opportunity for advancement here. Although the base pay starts out quite high, it is hard to get a raise and if you don't hit your admissions goals, management can even take away some of your pay. Overtime is strongly encouraged, yet the company only pays half time for all over time hours worked.
