      Pros

      Higher salaries and better benefits than competitors in this field.

      Cons

      While change is good, this company changes policies and procedures so frequently that it becomes a barrier to doing your job and growing. Questionable competency of mid-management and poor communication of constant changing procedures.

      Pros

      Very stable company, good people to work with, some good managers, good benefits, great tuition benefits, and yearly performance reviews.

      Cons

      Pay is below average, don't expect huge raises, no performance bonuses (unless you're in Admissions), sometimes you get some bad managers, and room for career growth is limited.

      Pros

      Came from a more organized department with great managers. Managers we're very understanding and very professional.

      Cons

      Transferred to another location, wow...what an experience. No leadership skills at all what so ever in management at this center. Politics, politics and politics. Managers like to be personal when requesting time off from work. Hours here are very rough...no flexibility at all. Unfortunately, senior management only care about themselves and not their employees. How do you expect us to be successful if you don't treat us like an "employee". Not a great environment.
