      - Great organizational leadership and vision - Excellent compensation and benefits (including 401K match) - Tuition benefits towards degrees at DeVry - Strong colleague community (we call employees "colleagues")

      Cons

      - Some growing pains as there is a strategic focus on critical initiatives (nothing abnormal really, but an increase in accountability). I had to list something :-)

      Remote work Culture of care Flexible hours/ work-life balance Mid-level leadership is amazing and understanding

      Some higher leadership is extremely hard to work with IT, PM, and data teams stretched thin & hard to get work prioritized with them at times
