-Great colleagues! -Work life balance has improved in the past 2 years -Full transparency between Advisor and Direct Manager -High emphasis on company culture -Health benefits are a plus -Compensation is fair -Company matches 401K up to 4% -Organization has adapted well with the times -Provide lunch for the office pretty frequently
Cons
-Admissions positions don't include performance bonus but that's been cut out as more of a federal regulatory as opposed to blaming the company -Have to work 1 Saturday every month -Have to work 1 late night until 7:30p every week -There are 12 blackout weeks in the year where you can't take vacations unless approved
