Pros

I have been employed with DeVry for over a decade, One of the ways I describe my career is that I have consistently been giving opportunities to grow my skill set, learn & develop while networking with various departments. This has allowed me to avoid being stagnant and bored in my role. Additionally, DeVry is a company that allows me to share ideas, be creative and be a change maker! Work life balance is terrific as well!

Cons

Turnover is very high. You have either been here forever or only last a very short period of time unless you are hired into a leadership/management role. Seems to be no skin in the game for lower level positions.

DeVry University has a great work atmosphere with management holding regular meetings about our goals and progress as a company. Team effort, great collaboration and a high respect for workers is widely spread at DeVry University.

I've been working for Devry for over four years . This is the best job I've had. My Colleagues are very supportive and alway motivating each other. I feel Devry is a company where you can reach your fullest potential. I love my DeVry Family.
