Pros

The best reason to work at DeVry is that there is a significant work/life balance. The managers and supervisors are not only diligent with information provided but they will go out of their way to make sure that information is understood as well as communicated thoroughly. Lastly, although it is a work from home environment my peers have been more than welcoming.

Cons

The only con is that I wish that I would've worked here ages ago.

Strong Organization with High Care for Colleagues

Pros

DeVry is a strong organization that allow colleagues who find working on behalf of students to be there "true north" a good place to pursue that passion. DeVry also exhibits high care for colleagues in many ways, but the basically full remote work from home is a shining example of that Care.

Cons

Really no major cons of working for DeVry.
