DeVry has a rich culture and a place were growth and development is a top priority. There is plenty of opportunity for upward mobility and career growth is an ongoing discussion with your manager. There is also a heavy emphasis on diversity and inclusion and there are different groups you can join in order to have inclusivity amongst your colleagues. I have been with DeVry for close to 18 years and support what we do on a daily basis to help colleagues and students pursue their educational and career goals.
