Every bad review is true. This is the most toxic place. Bad behavior is consistently rewarded by management. Managers do not have employees backs, everyone is out for themselves. There is no room for growth - people are not promoted, maybe shuffled around but not given any title changes or salary raises. People scream in the office, reprimand people in the open space, and often belittle people. People are miserable, churn is high, and no one is happy to be working there.

Incompetent management. VP of SDR is a a tyrant who only gives negative feedback. either top management allow him to point out employees in meetings and shame them in front of everyone or they are not aware of it. Either way it’s a big problem. Low salary, burned out after 1 month of micromanaging every step I take. Team leaders have zero impact and are the buffer between zero social skill VP and the team. Worst toxic environment I have experienced in my life. Not a single SDR hit the target in two years.
