The people you meet are pretty nice people on your team.

Cons

Management pretty much is the worst with micro-management being a big part of the day-to-day! And no way to get promoted or be shown that you are valued! They have fired 5 managers from the same department in 1 year, thats crazyyyyyy!!!

Pros

The product is top notch and really has a market fit, the people they hire (not management) are talented and great

Cons

Management has no idea how to run a company. They only want sheep who will execute and do only what they say without asking any questions. They cannot hire management in many departments (for example, in sales, they have no directors/team leads or VPs since Feb 1, 2023) and they cannot hire anyone for those positions because they don't allow them to do their job. Also they expect everyone to work crazy hours "like they (management) do". But we don't have a stake in the company
