Pros

A great place to work. I've been on reserve duty for 6 months, and the company provides a real sense of security and support. It’s enjoyable to come to work — with evening meals, shuttles, and a clear sense that people here genuinely matter.

Cons

Like any fast-paced environment, there can be occasional challenges with coordination and communication.

Because it’s a fast-paced environment, priorities can sometimes shift quickly — important to be adaptable. High standards for quality and performance (which is ultimately a positive but can feel intense at times). Some processes are still evolving as the company grows.
