I can't think of any. This company doesn't properly value its employees nor does it demonstrate proper leadership or management.

Cons

Lack of professional management and leadership Micro-mangement to the extreme Disregard for its employees No real sales process - they will discount as much as possible to win a deal Trustworthiness & Transparency Verbal abuse from the CEO

C-Level Managers are very accessible to anyone in the company. Personal initiatives are encouraged and, in most cases, can result in implementing new processes.

Cons

The working environment is ever-changing, which can be very challenging at times. However, this can also be a positive thing.

Young, smart people. Everyone is willing to help each other and work to make the business a better place. The goal seems to be to hire bright and talented people and solidify processes afterward. I think it's a great strategy

Cons

Knowledge transfer is rough but with a competitive tech market it's hard for anyone to keep talent
