Lots of pros to list that you don't see among other companies. Our CEO hands out cash gifts at Christmas time, as well as gift cards to Meijer's on most major holidays to help with food costs, etc. Regular pay raises twice a year, summers and weekends off. Plenty of training to know how to do your job to the best of your ability. Room for advancement within the company. I myself have been promoted to the titles of Sub C, CDL Trainer, and Dispatcher. Kellie Dean really cares about his employees and goes out of his way to meet staff at new and existing locations twice a year. I've worked so many jobs where I never even knew the CEO's name and I have met and joked around with Kellie.
Cons
Same cons as with any school bus driver. Only paid while driving, sans washing/cleaning the bus, or meetings, training, etc. until a promotion becomes available or if you're willing to relocate.
