Toxic environment, morale is low, poor communication between management, difficult for junior managers to get ahead, proper credit not given to job well done, some senior management seems to get off on mistreating subordinates, constant restructuring and High CEO turnover - causing people to feel pressured or on edge, people are treated like commodities, technologically behind, poor motivation and incentives, lower salaries even for industry standards, obvious caste system, blatant favoritism and not any sort of training ever, even when people ask for it. Since when did such an iconic brand stop hiring foodies? Not even the GM's are foodies... so sad.
