I lived pretty far from the office, so coming into the office every week was tough for me. I see why management wants the team in, because it's way more fun doing sales around other people.
At my last job before DearDoc, I was going door-to-door selling, which had me spending a lot of time by myself in my car. I love the office environment where we all get to be together selling. The commute was a con for me though.
Also - since things move fast at DearDoc, promotions happen pretty quickly. This can sound like a pro, but for some people, they may not be able to handle the type of responsibility that quickly. Some managers have been promoted in 9-12 months.
The last con I will say is that it's hard to get doctors on the phone. Our job as SDRs is to schedule demos with doctors, and they are usually busy during the day, so it can be tough to get a hold of them.
