Micromanaging Forcing employees to sacrifice their comfort for just to please senior management . Expect to take all responsibility without any expectation for hike or promotion. Not flexible even if you work good some managers will not convey that to upper management. So much politics involved affecting individuals. less talented team members create image doing politics not hardworking one.
