The Sales advisors are great, really friendly, enthusiastic and fun to be around. They like to have a life outside of work and are like a family.

Cons

Higher management are appalling. Double standards when it comes to rules, no support and poor communication. Three managers left in the space of 2 months because of the lack of support and the constant blame. One store manager went to Nando’s with their family when they were meant to be duty - not particularly professional.

Cons

-Managers are not qualified enough. -It is expected from you to be an arse-licker if you want to progress or at least continue in the job. -Sectarian work place. -Late shifts -Very few brakes and you will be all day standing up. -Very few information on technical products
