Pros

I found none. If you are interested in standing for 10 to 11 hours and speaking to customers then this is the best job for you.

Cons

You have to stand for minimum 10 hours.. No one follows their shift timings. They just hire you as a sales manager and give the work of sales boy.

Bad salary for the workload employees are exposed. Lack of connection between the experience of the ''veterans'' and the energy of the youngers. In services overtime is not paid. Old fashion way of management Low flexibility.
