Pros

There are some nice people and they are really hard working.

Cons

Outdated techniques. Lack in resources. No respect for employees. No space for development. Tedious repetitive work. Really cheap, they are not willing to pay for anything not free. Low salary and bad benefits.

Lack of Leadership and Support

Wonderful crew of folks not in leadership. Most individuals here work hard and truly have dedicated so much of their passion to this company.

Cons

Leadership withholds information for reviews just to use as a method to not give you a raise. Requests for more resources and fixing KNOWN problems ongoing for years fall on deaf ears that will blame you for things you tried to proactively fix but they refused to fix.

This applies to everyone, including the entire leadership team. We encourage transparency and communication at all levels of the company.
