Great tools for sales and reporting. Lovely properties.

Cons

Corporate employees are sometimes difficult to reach. Human Resources is extremely ineffective. It seems like this company offers little to no training as well. The pay at the property level is extremely low compared to other companies

Pros

Feels like family, employee first mentality, constantly working on improving.

Cons

They put a cap on vacation hours and sick time, but its not unreasonable. It forces you to take time off, which is nice.
